Don moved to New Orleans in 1979 to play a two week gig as a drummer. He fell in love with the city and its people and never left. After several years in the field of insurance and title transfers, he opened the doors of Mid City Auto Title and Insurance in May 2001. A Notary Public and Insurance Agent, he has enjoyed serving the needs of his community and plans to continue doing so in the years to come.

Crystal was born and raised in Westwego where she graduated from L.W. Higgins High School. She is a motor vehicle transfer expert certified by the State of Louisiana to process title transfers on our DMV computers, and licensed insurance agent. Her friendly manner and warm smile keeps customers feeling comfortable while she quickly processes their title transfer or gives an insurance price quote.

Born in Honduras, Ernesto moved to the Crescent City with his family when he was four years old, so New Orleans is home. A licensed Insurance Agent, he specializes in auto, commercial auto and trucks, plus flood insurance. Ernesto is certified by the State of Louisiana to process title transfers on our DMV computers. Also, he is fluent in Spanish.
